Bonita C. Mittman

Ms. Mittman is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of combined cross-industry experience in Project Management, Information Technology and Consulting. She has worked in both Fortune 500 and Small Businesses organizations in a number of management positions, including Global Management responsibility for Diversity Construction Management at risk projects, Business Development Management with particular emphasis on the creation of new and continuation of existing client/end user relationships and in Information Technology Program and Project Management roles focusing on application integration, implementation, and customer support. 

Bonita has extensive experience in new program design and development, strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities grounded in project management, information technology and performance management. Along with her ability to manage complex programs and implement projects from concept to completion, Bonita is also noted for her professionalism, commitment to strategic business partnerships and her ability to recognize trends and identify systematic approaches to solving problems. Her insight, drive and leadership abilities continue to successfully propel organizations that she aligns with to new levels of accomplishment and growth. 

Bonita is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds both a B.S. in Transportation and Business Logistics and an M.S.M (Masters of Science Management) degree concentration, Supply Chain Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. She currently serves as the IT Director for UNC Rex Hospital and Rex Suburban sites. 

Apart from her professional life, Bonita enjoys spending time with family and friends, mentoring, and volunteering with church and youth organizations. She’s the proud mother of two active and amazing boys, Benjamin, III and Bryson and is married to her high school sweetheart, Benjamin Mittman, Jr..
